My first attempt to address my hairloss was with a product called scalpmed, a minoxidil-based formula that may have slowed the problem but was definitely not the miracle cure I'd invested my hope in. I decided that I needed to read up on what was causing my hairloss and what my options were.I found tons of information and people's personal experiences in hairloss forums. It became apparent that transplantation was my best bet for restoring my hair. I began researching the procedures and looking at other people's transplant results, and took note of those I saw from the Alvi Armani Clinic. Patients were achieving some consistently amazing results and I was especially impressed with the hairline work. Even better was the option of FUE hair transplant which wouldn't leave a scar and was much less invasive than traditional strip surgery.

10 Month Progress

I'm now just over 10 months and am really quite thrilled with my hair. I haven't had a hairline this full in years! A quick overview, At around 2 weeks I was almost completely back to normal other than some redness in the recipient area. The grafts had all shed at about a month out and the donor area had become almost completely undetectable. Right around three months I was very excited to see new growth coming in, and every month since has shown a marked improvement over the last. I saw a lot of growth from months 6 to 10 and things are actually still improving. I get comments and compliments that I look younger and healthier now, and it feels great to have confidence in my hair again.

7 month update

Here are my 7 month updates, I am very pleased with my progress. I'm seeing improvements in density and thickeness every week. The hair is very easy to style and manage and the transplanted hairs match my native hair perfectly.
